Dr. Perretz first entered medical school after eight years of practice as an acupuncturist. As a practitioner of eastern medicine, he saw that many patients were falling through the cracks in our health care system. Inspired to serve people better as part of a medical team, he graduated from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999, and completed his PM&R residency at Schwab/ University of Chicago, in 2003. His private practice, called Advanced Pain Solutions, in Redding, Connecticut is dedicated to the treatment of musculoskeletal pain, featuring an eclectic mix of osteopathy, prolotherapy, acupuncture, and neural therapy.
